There she was, competent and hard-working, delivering first-class results for every company she worked for, saving them millions, yet still, questioning her abilities.

Then an ordinary life event caused us to question everything.

Mum became ill and we had a wake up call which made us realise how precious life was.

Then in our forties, we were introduced to life coaching and our lives blew up in a way we’d never have imagined.
